Accessibility Statement

Matat Technologies Ltd develops and operates the website appmystore.io. We want the site to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or need larger text and stronger contrast.

Conformance

This site aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by Israel’s Equal Rights for People with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and by the European standard EN 301 549.

We test with automated tooling on every release and fix what it finds. At the last check, the home page, pricing, features, contact and legal pages returned no WCAG 2.1 AA violations. Automated testing cannot catch everything, so we also rely on reports from people using the site.

What we have done

  • Text and interface colours meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required at Level AA.
  • Every interactive control has an accessible name, including form fields and the platform selector.
  • The site is fully operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Headings follow a consistent order so screen-reader users can navigate by structure.
  • Images carry alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • The layout is responsive and remains usable when text is enlarged.
  • Animation respects the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting.
  • Hebrew and Arabic are served right-to-left with the correct language and direction attributes.

Known limitations

We are honest about what is not yet done:

  • The site has not yet been audited manually by an accessibility specialist, or tested end to end with JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver by their regular users. Our testing to date is automated.
  • Some third-party components, such as the embedded country selector in our forms, are not fully under our control. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we will help you complete the task another way.
  • Blog articles are currently available in English only.

Browsers and assistive technology

The site is built to current web standards and should work with recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, together with the assistive technology those browsers support. We do not require any particular browser or plugin.
