We collect and process personal information in the following ways:
a. Information you provide directly:
Name, email address, phone number, and store details when signing up for our service.
Information submitted through forms, onboarding steps, or support requests.
b. Information collected automatically:
Technical data such as browser type, device information, IP address, and analytics data.
Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 9 below).
c. Store integration data:
When connecting your store – whether it runs on Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress or another commercial website platform – we access only the information required to operate the app — such as store name, store contact email, and synchronization data (products, collections, etc.).
Payments are made by credit card. For merchants who install our Shopify app, billing is handled through the Shopify Billing API; all other customers are billed by card through iCount, our Israeli payment and invoicing provider.
We do not access or store credit card numbers or direct payment details.
We process personal data to:
Provide, maintain, and improve our Service.
Manage user registration, authentication, and billing.
Enable technical support and customer communication.
Send service notifications and optional marketing messages (only with consent).
Send push notifications to end users who have opted in through installed apps.
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We process personal data based on the following legal grounds:
Consent – when you opt in to receive notifications or marketing communications.
Contractual necessity – to deliver the AppMyStore service to our customers.
Legitimate interest – to operate, secure, and improve our services efficiently.
You may withdraw consent or object to processing at any time by contacting [email protected].
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run the Service, each under a data processing agreement:
We may also disclose information to authorities where the law requires it. All providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
We use organizational and technical safeguards to protect your information, including:
Secure HTTPS/TLS encryption for all communication.
Restricted access to authorized personnel only.
Periodic audits to maintain compliance with data protection standards.
We keep personal data only as long as we need it, and no longer:
When data is no longer required it is securely deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete your data sooner – see Section 10.
When you install a mobile app generated through AppMyStore and opt in to receive push notifications, we may send alerts directly to your device.
Notifications may include text, emojis, and images related to updates, promotions, or new features.
You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to run the site and, with your permission, to understand how it is used.
We do not set analytics or marketing cookies until you agree to them. When you first visit, a banner asks for your choice, and analytics stays switched off until you accept it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing consent also deletes the analytics cookies already stored.

Cloudflare, which delivers and protects this site, may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. These do not identify you and are required for the site to work.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the site may then behave differently.
Under Israeli law and the GDPR, you have the right to:
Access a copy of your personal data.
Request correction or deletion of inaccurate data.

Some of the providers listed in Section 5 are established outside the EEA, and Matat Technologies Ltd is established in Israel. Israel benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision, which means transfers to Israel are permitted without additional safeguards. Where a transfer is made to a provider in another country, it is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
We value your privacy and your rights as a data subject and have therefore appointed Prighter Group, with its local partners, as our privacy representative under Article 27 of the GDPR and your point of contact for the following regions:
